The Rainy Season Begins!

The beginning of the Rainy Season in Japan goes by a couple of names locally: NyuBai or Tsuyuiri. This day signals the start of the rainy season for farmers who needed some idea of a fixed date for planting their crops. The rainy season in Japan typically lasts for about one month and has cloudy, humid, and hot weather that is sometimes also rainy. Things cool down considerably during this time and heat up again really fast as soon as the sun comes out again.
